Founder & President

Ray has been a government guaranteed lender for 25+ years. In those years, he has managed Credit, Packaging, Closing and Loan Servicing/Liquidation departments at top lenders like The Money Store, Popular Small Business Capital and Quadrant Financial, Inc. (a subsidiary of First Chatham Bank). He has been a presenter at Florida Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (FLAGGL) conferences, America East Lender’s Conference, America West Small Business Lending Conference, and the Southeast Small Business Lender’s Conference.  Ray is also a frequent webinar presenter for the SBA.  He has owned and operated Radar Lender Services, a full-service Lender Service Provider, since 2010.

Brent Willis

Executive Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer

Brent has been involved in government guaranteed lending since 2010 and with Radar Lender Services since early 2013. Prior to joining the Radar team, Brent worked for Quadrant Financial, Inc. (a subsidiary of First Chatham Bank). While Brent’s current focus is primarily in credit underwriting, his previous experience focused on SBA loan Servicing/Liquidation and loan packaging. Prior to moving to Indianapolis to start his career in government guaranteed lending, he spent time as a Financial Representative Intern with Northwestern Mutual and a Statistics Intern with the Philadelphia 76ers. Brent earned his Bachelor Degree from Alma College in Michigan and was a member of the Alma College Scots football team. In his free time you can find him hunting, fishing, boating, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family.

Dawn Chiamulera 

Executive Vice President, Compliance Officer

Dawn Chiamulera has been in government guaranteed lending for 7+ years.  She has been with Radar Lender Services for the past two years having previously been the Compliance Officer for Quadrant Financial, Inc. (a subsidiary of First Chatham Bank) and CertusBank.   Dawn completes pre and post-closing file reviews with an eye for protection of the SBA guarantee. In her free time, you can find Dawn reading spy and mystery thrillers, spending time with loved ones, traveling, and tasting her daughter's pastry creations.

Michele Gershom

Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Michele has worked in SBA Lending since 2010, starting her career at Quadrant Financial. Michele worked for Quadrant (which was purchased by Certus Bank) for five years prior to joining the Radar team in 2015.  Since joining Radar, Michele has been instrumental in loan packaging, payment processing, financial update reviews, and many other servicing functions. Michele earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where she majored in Finance. Michele is a big fan of people, places, and things and is an enthusiastic member of the team ready to help our clients meet their goals. In her free time you can find her canoeing, planning themed events, singing karaoke, rooting for the Panthers, or hosting game nights.  


Melissa Carpenter

Assistant Vice President, Servicing Manager 

Melissa joined Radar in 2019, bringing 7 years of SBA lending experience. Prior to joining Radar, she worked for Entegra Bank as a processor/closer; eventually taking a primary roll as an SBA loan servicing analyst. Her skills beyond lending include Tax Preparation, Payroll Processing, Accounting and Bookkeeping. Her specialization is managing the SBA portfolio after closing; Servicing requests, liquidation, construction loan project monitoring, regulatory reporting and many other servicing functions focusing on maintain the SBA guaranty. In her free time you will find her spending time with her daughters, traveling or cooking with friends and family.


Maysa Guthrie

Loan Servicing Specialist 

Maysa joined Radar full-time in August of 2020. She is in the process of completing her bachelors degree in business administration. Prior to joining Radar she worked as a bookkeeper, accounts receivable, and payable for several small businesses in the Denver, Colorado area. In her free time you can find her exploring state parks with her daughter, snowboarding, reading science fiction novels, eating her way through Indianapolis, and working with clay (pottery/sculpture). 


Amanda Stiffler

Loan Servicing Specialist 

Amanda joined Radar in 2021 bringing several years of experience in the construction industry. At Radar she manages construction loans as well as servicing requests. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in History and in her free time you’ll find her maintaining her small farmstead with goats and horses, volunteering with the local 4-H club, and catching up on the latest Marvel/DC movies.

Thea Lazenby

Loan Processing Officer 

Thea has been in the banking/finance industry for over 25 years working with various banks and financial institutions. Prior to joining Radar, Thea worked for Renasant Bank as an SBA Closing Specialist. In her spare time she enjoys long walks, listening to music, reading, and spending time with her family.

Yolande Walker

Loan Processing Officer 

Yolande has spent her career in commercial banking specializing in commercial real estate, C&I and SBA 504 and 7(a) lending in Southern California, Nevada and Colorado. She has worked for small, medium and large banks, a credit union and finance company. Yolande’s experience includes processing and training on loan documentation in LaserPro and Word, loan processing, customer service, closing for the Southwest and Northeast to include attorney, title and escrow, and participated in setting up an SBA department at a credit union breaking into the popular SBA 7(a) lending market. In her free time she enjoys traveling by car, exploring different states within the United States, meeting new people, catching up with neighbors, shopping in large metropolitans, enjoying good weather and sunshine.


Tonya White

Loan Processing Officer 

Tonya has been in the lending Industry for 15+ years and has worked with companies such as Washington Mutual, Ideal Financial Services, M & I Bank and Farm Credit Mid-America. In those years she has held multiple positions such as Loan Originator, Underwriter, Residential Loan Processor, Agricultural Loan Processor and SBA Loan Processor/Closer.  Tonya brought that experience to her role with Radar in March of 2016 ensuring accurate and timely closings. In her free time you can find her traveling, reading mystery and thriller novels, trying new recipes, attending a local Zumba class, and spending time with her family. 


Eli Blattner

Credit Analyst

Eli Blattner has 10+ years in government guaranteed lending.  He has previously worked in Small Business Lending Departments for Community South Bank, First State Bank, and most recently, Simmons Bank.  He has worn many hats in his career and is experienced in SBA credit underwriting, loan servicing and liquidation, internal accounting, secondary market loan sales, and loan originations.  Eli has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  When he is away from his desk you can find him spending time with his wife and daughter attending college football games in the fall and minor league baseball games in the summer.

Connor O'Cull

Credit Analyst 

Connor graduated from Indiana University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Finance. He started working for Radar Lender Services in July of 2017 as a Jr. Credit Analyst. Prior to joining the Radar team, he spent time as a Financial Representative Intern with Northwestern Mutual. His current focuses are in loan processing, credit underwriting, and loan packaging.


Alayna Kramer

Credit Analyst 

Alayna joined Radar in May of 2021. She graduated from Indiana State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. In her free time you can find her spending time with her family, having movie nights, watching racing, taking walks, baking, and cooking.


Jessica Martinez

Credit Analyst 

Jessica joined Radar in July of 2021. Jessica graduated from the University of Colorado-Denver with a Bachelor's Degree in Geography, emphasis in Earth Science. She also studied business, behavioral economics, and obtained a professional certification in Geographic Information Systems. Jessica is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics from the University of Southern Indiana. She has prior experience in both real estate appraisal management as well as automotive loan processing. Outside of work hours you can find Jessica nose deep in a suspenseful book, enthralled by various horror films, crafting random items from the internet, and cuddling with her cat.


Felica Foerster 

Loan Origination Specialist 

Felica joined the Radar team full-time in August of 2020. Felica received her bachelors degree from Indiana Tech University in 2013. Prior to joining Radar she was in the banking industry for 7 years, and accounting industry for 10 years doing receivables and credit. In her free time you can find her spending time outside with her family, supporting Girl Scouts, and attending American Business Women's Association events.


Amanda Chiamulera

Loan Origination Specialist 

Amanda joined the Radar team in March 2021.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Indiana University Southeast and an Associate’s Degree in Pastry Arts from The Chef’s Academy.  Prior to joining the Radar team, she worked as a supervisor and French Pastry chef at The Cake Bake Shop.  She also previously worked at Radar in 2014 before attending culinary school.  She is currently heading the Paycheck Protection Program forgiveness department.  In her free time, you can find her spending time with her two girls, baking, finding new and exciting recipes, planning renovation projects for her home and taking part in book club


Mary Holmes

Administrative Assistant 

Mary joined Radar Lender Services in 2021.  She has been an Administrative Assistant for many years in the construction and aviation industries. Mary is a veteran of the United States Air Force and has travelled extensively before settling in Indiana to raise her three sons.  In her spare time, Mary enjoys shopping, cooking, art and antiques as well as the company of her family and friends.


Sarah Falkenthal-Guttendorf

Digital Marketing Coordinator 

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interactive Media Studies with focuses in Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Miami University and has been in Digital Marketing since 2012. Prior to joining the Radar team as the Digital Marketing Coordinator in the spring of 2018 she worked with several startups and angel investors in the Bay Area, an emotional intelligence university in Chicago, and was part of the executive team for the largest autism clinic in the state of Indiana. In her free time, you can find Sarah baking cupcakes, brewing mead, working her way towards completing the Indiana wine trail, mentoring students from her college service organization (Alpha Phi Omega), or participating in one of Indy’s many delicious food weeks!
