Ray has worked in government guaranteed lending for over 30 years and has held managerial positions in Credit, Packaging, Closing, and Loan Servicing/Liquidation departments at leading financial institutions such as The Money Store, Popular Small Business Capital, and Quadrant Financial, Inc. (a subsidiary of First Chatham Bank). He has delivered presentations at numerous conferences, including the Florida Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (FLAGGL), America East Lender’s Conference, America West Small Business Lending Conference, and Southeast Small Business Lender’s Conference. Additionally, Ray frequently presents webinars for the Small Business Administration (SBA). Since 2010, he has owned and operated Radar Lender Services, a comprehensive Lender Service Provider.

Brent has been involved in government guaranteed lending since 2010 and with Radar Lender Services since early 2013. Prior to joining the Radar team, Brent worked for Quadrant Financial, Inc. (a subsidiary of First Chatham Bank). While Brent’s current focus is primarily in credit underwriting, his previous experience focused on SBA loan Servicing/Liquidation and loan packaging. Prior to starting his career in government guaranteed lending in Indianapolis, Brent worked as a Financial Representative Intern with Northwestern Mutual and a Statistics Intern with the Philadelphia 76ers. Brent obtained his Bachelor's degree from Alma College in Michigan and was a member of the Alma College Scots football team. During his leisure time, Brent enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, golfing, and spending time with his loved ones.

Dawn Chiamulera has been involved in the government guaranteed sector since 2009 and has been a part of Radar Lender Services since 2014. Prior to joining Radar, she served as the Compliance Officer for Quadrant Financial, Inc. (a subsidiary of First Chatham Bank) and CertusBank. Dawn has a keen eye for safeguarding the SBA guarantee and performs pre and post-closing file reviews with utmost care. During her leisure time, Dawn enjoys delving into spy and mystery thrillers, spending quality time with her loved ones, traveling, and savoring her daughter's delectable pastries.

Michele boasts over a decade of experience in the SBA Lending industry, commencing her career at Quadrant Financial in 2010. Having spent five years at Quadrant, which was later acquired by Certus Bank, Michele joined the Radar team in 2015, further refining her expertise in loan operations and leadership. A graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Michele majored in Finance, equipping her with the necessary skillset to excel in her career. She is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and overcome challenges. When Michele is not helping clients achieve their objectives, she enjoys spending time with her family, making Neapolitan style pizzas in her outdoor pizza oven, and creating homemade greeting cards. 

Melissa became a member of the Radar team in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge gained from 7 years of experience in SBA lending. Before joining Radar, she worked at Entegra Bank where she initially worked as a processor/closer before eventually moving into a primary role as an SBA loan servicing analyst. Her expertise extends beyond lending to include skills in Tax Preparation, Payroll Processing, Accounting, and Bookkeeping. Melissa specializes in managing the SBA portfolio after the loan is closed, taking charge of servicing requests, liquidation, regulatory reporting, and other servicing functions that aim to maintain the SBA guaranty. When not at work, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her daughters, traveling to new destinations, and cooking up a storm with loved ones.

Maysa became a full-time member of the Radar team in August 2020 while concurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration. Before joining Radar, she worked as a bookkeeper and managed accounts receivable and payable for various small businesses in the Denver, Colorado region. During her leisure time, she enjoys venturing into state parks with her daughter, snowboarding, reading science fiction literature, sampling food in Indianapolis, and indulging in pottery and sculpture making.

Tonya has an extensive background in the lending industry dating back to 2000, during which she has collaborated with well-known firms like Washington Mutual, Ideal Financial Services, M & I Bank, and Farm Credit Mid-America. Over the years, she has taken on various roles, including Loan Originator, Underwriter, Residential Loan Processor, Agricultural Loan Processor, and SBA Loan Processor/Closer. Since joining Radar in March 2016, Tonya has leveraged her expertise to ensure swift and accurate loan closings. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, reading mystery and thriller novels, experimenting with new recipes, attending local Zumba classes, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Connor obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Public Finance from Indiana University and began his employment with Radar Lender Services in July 2017 as a Junior Credit Analyst. Before joining the Radar team, he worked as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual. At present, he concentrates on loan processing, credit underwriting, and loan packaging.

Amanda became a member of the Radar team in March 2021, bringing with her a unique blend of education and experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Indiana University Southeast, as well as an Associate's Degree in Pastry Arts from The Chef's Academy. Prior to joining the Radar team, she served as a supervisor and French Pastry chef at The Cake Bake Shop, and previously worked at Radar in 2014 before pursuing her culinary education. Currently, Amanda completes our pre-underwriting due diligence, and is our lead loan packager. When she's not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two daughters, exploring new baking recipes, planning home renovation projects, and participating in her book club.
